Other News
- The first contract validity hearing between Ador and NewJeans took place on April 3 with both sides laying out their introductory arguments. Ador claimed that they fulfilled all contractual obligations including promotion and payment, while NewJeans’ side claimed that the ouster of Min Hee-jin fundamentally changed the character of Ador and constituted a breach of trust.
- The next validity hearing will be June 3.
- The group’s objection to the independent activities injunction will be decided on April 9. If the injunction is upheld, the group will be able to file an appeal.
