- Exo‘s Baekhyun, Chen, and Xiumin have filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment‘s Chief A&R Officer (Lee Sung-soo) and co-CEO (Tak Young Jun) for fraud. The complaint was made claiming the violation of South Korea’s Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes act.
